Improving patient pathways

Converting the commissioning vision into real improvements for patients requires extensive redesign of care pathways. A number of resources are available from the NHS Institute to help. We also offer implementation support with this suite of products and a simple fee structure applies.

• Prioritise Opportunities for Practice Based Commissioners offers a process and toolkit for prioritising commissioning opportunities, and guidance on how to gather insights, identify initiatives, prioritise projects and develop proposals.
