Being open: communicating patient safety incidents with patients, their families and carers
The National Reporting and Learning Service, part of the National Patient Safety Agency, has reviewed the guidance and developed a new "Being open" framework with supporting information.

To mark the relaunch of Being Open, on 19th November 2009, the NRLS presented a programme of short, hour-long webinars from expert speakers:
