     Introduction to Trigger Tools

     Using the on-line Trigger Tool Portal

    The secure Trigger Tool Portal allows you to enter your case note reviews data and obtain automatic, live results analysis. You can then review the rate of harm for your organisation, and track improvements over time.

    Please note before registering to use the Trigger Tool Portal, you will need to be logged into the NHS Institute website.  If you don't have a profile, just click 'Log In' at the top of the screen and follow the instructions.
